Wordcrafters Wine on Wednesdays

Join us the 3rd Wednesday of the month for stimulating conversation and wine! Each month will feature a different professional writer, agent, or editor to talk about the business and craft of writing. Get yourself a glass of vino and pull up a seat!

WWWs are free to the public (21 and over). Donations to Wordcrafters Young Writers Program appreciated.

7:00-9:00 pm at Territorial Tasting Room, 907 West Third Avenue (3rd & Adams), Eugene
Bundle up! It’s pretty cool in the fermentation room!

Let’s NaNo! on Wednesday, November 16th!

We’re going to do things a bit differently for this WWW. Since it’s National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo for those in the know), we’re going to write!

We’ll do word sprints, timed writing, share tips for getting started faster, and tips for keeping your story momentum going. We’ll also play some literary mad libs and chat about writing. Bring your notebook or fully charged laptop (sorry, no outlets) and come write with us!

Not doing NaNo? No problem. Everyone is welcome!

Come Write In with Wordcrafters

What’s NaNoWriMo?

That’s short for National Novel Writing Month. For the month of November, participants from around the world (affectionately known as Wrimos) gather online and endeavor to write their own 50,000-word novels. It’s a month of enthusiasm, determination, and ferociously fast writing. If you enjoy a challenge, or just need a deadline, the NaNo challenge is for you! Here’s a little more about how it all works.
