Join us the 3rd Wednesday of the month for stimulating conversation and wine! Each month will feature a different professional writer, agent, or editor to talk about the business and craft of writing. Get yourself a glass of vino and pull up a seat!

Wednesday, 19 August –J.C. Geiger joins us to talk about “How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Book”

Jeff will offer concrete tips on the craft of revision, and explore how conferences, blogs, and Twitter can both serve and destroy a healthy writing process.

JC GeigerJ.C. Geiger has eaten the beating heart of a snake, been deported from a full-moon party, and spent a short time locked in a Bolivian prison. He also writes fiction. His work has appeared in magazines including Murky Depths and Horror Garage, on stage at The Second City, and in a variety of literary journals and magazines. His first YA novel, WILDMAN, will be published by Disney-Hyperion in 2017.
